Some time ago, Cell C rep here helped me with something nobody else was able to.
After "testing" Cell C on a prepaid card in a spare phone for about 2 months I started the "great trek" of 5 numbers from MTN to Cell C.
Unfortunately, 2 of the most critical numbers got allocated to the incorrect sim cards.
Needless to say I was spitting blood & ready to commit a very very violent crime this morning
Got through to Cell C's porting department - spoke to a chap by the name of Goitsi.
Goitsi sorted the problem out on both numbers within maybe 5 minutes max - both were tested and working perfectly.
When I am in as filthy a mood in as I was this morning, an am without doubt one of the worst people to have to deal with - Goitsi took it all in his stride without missing a beat.
So my experience with both the Cell C rep here & Goitsi have been great.
Not sure why I stayed married to MTN's diabolical service for 15yrs, forking out just short of R500k to them over that time for that various accounts.
