Now I don't get a crappy signal from the Laudium tower anymore and DL'ing @ 90kbps

Yeah I was was clocking speeds over 100kbps last night

Dunno want I am doing right, but I am getting about 110kbps in a no coverage area

Actually I find most of those pdf files never come up... well the few that I have checked. They were a few weeks old already :/

You could just check it out on the general coverage maps.
