I want get a +350cc bike to drive to work and holiday, on highway. Can I (27yo) drive on a highway with even just a learners? A class A?

yes, bike learner has only 1 restriction. No passenger.

edit, too lazy to look up the classes. but the standard no special conditions learners has only that 1 restriction.
