Battery is probably dead. You could try a jump start and see if that helps. Would also recommend lubing the chain. If it's a carb motor, you could use some Carb Cleaner to help get it started. Then probably a good idea to also replace the oil as it's been sitting for so long.

Also turn the motor over slowly first time (by hand) as the cylinder walls will be dry and maybe have a light coat of corrosion.

Battery will be flat. Fuel will be trash. Carbs or injectors gummed up by the fuel that has gone bad. Oil should be changed. Fuel sitting in the pistons would have washed off the oil and joined it in the sump.

If you want to start it, new battery, the old one has not been through regular charging cycles and the plates are caked with sulphur.
Dump all the fuel and put some fresh stuff in.
Bike foul sparkplugs very quickly if you try starting it after sitting for months.
Clean carbs or EFI system.
Change oil, oil filter and spark plugs.
Always start anything with an internal combustion engine at least once a month and let it run. Try for once a week. Even a petrol lawnmower.
Lead acid batteries are only happy when they go through charge and discharge cycles. They die when they don't get used.

The good news is the ADSL modem its connected to should be just fine. Those can sit for a year and fire right up.

All of the above. Then give it a proper wash.
