Biker visibility

If I understand this correctly, this means light from a trailer, not the vehicle itself.

It clearly states that trailers are the exception to the rule

I'm pretty sure this relates to trucks - on older trailers the status of the ABS was not communicated via the vehicle network, so instead of the warning light in the dash, there is a light on the trailer somewhere (sometimes on the front, sometimes on the side)
