The quality of the images on the last few invoices that I saw was extremely poor. You couldn't identify the vehicle, driver or licence plate number.

Only if you want to... I usually just leave 'em there... they sent me fines back in 2009... never ever went to get them..

The problem is they are bankrupt, can't afford registered post, they can't ask for a reduced fee from the post office because they are also bankrupt and needs the money.

Yup, a largely indiscernible black smudge that is 'proof' of your car using that gantry.
