Billed for no service

Thank you @rain_mobile for the swift response. Although I was not there to celebrate the moment the wifi came back on I can assure you the family was happy based on the empty champagne bottles and pizza boxes I found.

Much appreciated for sorting out the issues. From now on my support queries will only go through mybroadband.

@rain_mobile do you run rain's tech support? Perhaps you should. Why are there not more of your calibre?

With the other question, I am really not sure.
What I meant is is it always the same person behind this username...

Anyway, I think we all appreciate your prescense and efforts here, and wish the rest of Rain's tech support was as efficient.
