Billed twice

I made payment for my Rain router on the 30th November and on the 1st December money was deducted again from my account, I have been trying to get a refund and I'm not getting any assistance, I have contacted the support team and they say they see i was billed twice and they are not saying anything about my money being refunded.

Reverse the debit order at the bank. Problem solved

Ah, PaulGherkin, you must be their VIP customer! Maybe they even roll out the red carpet when you walk in, ready to reverse transactions on a whim.
No, I just go and wait until my number is called, and then the consultant helps me, and I sign the T&C and it's done.
Also, no need to be so condescending. I am just giving you reasonable advice here, as you're the one that made a bad choice to go with an internet service provider that is considered the worst in South Africa

Oh, my bad! I didn’t realize I was talking to the bank's official spokesperson and the internet service guru of South Africa. How could I have been so foolish to choose a provider with such a bad reputation? Clearly, your flawless decision-making skills are what the rest of us should aspire to! Thanks for the life-changing advice.

@rain_mobile its been years of you guys over billing and also still charging people who have cancelled with you.
iv seen the same reviews about it for the past 5 years on this site and others .

why wont you guys just get it right? or do you prefer countless negative reviews?

Just hear how foolish you sound. How can a service provider charge you after you've canceled? You come across as one of those people who don't read the T's and C's. Then, because of your own ignorance and lack of understanding of how billing systems work, you want to shift the blame to the service providers. Just stick to dildos, please.

But hey, if @epah wouldn't touch me, I guess I’m just too much for even the pros. What can I say, I don't settle for half-baked connections—sounds like you know all about those though, huh?

But hey, no worries, you seem a little wound up. Maybe you should go touch some grass for a bit—clear your head. Might help you see things in a whole new green light. Just a thought.:)

i suggest you learn how to use google mate , been a problem for years . read reviews first here and on google ,get the facts ,and then you can come back here to give your 2 cents worth . till then shhhhhhh little lamb
 
Funny enough I had my card expire and forgot to add the new one on my profile.on about the 3rd I got a sms saying services will be blocked. So I realized what happened and I paid them. Today I get and whatsapp saying I havnt paid. Even their site says I paid
