Billing dates.

I have always been billed from 20th to 20th of the month. This month I have been billed from the 4th of the previous month to the 9th.of the next. Is there no standard.

You shouldn't bill your dates. That's just not on.

And in other news, I've always been billed from the 11th to the 11th. No change yet.
