billing problem Telkom ADSL

Hi There
Can anyone tell me how I can get Telkom to reverse an amount on our account for services that were cancelled in Sept 2017 and that we were overcharged for. Numerous visits to the stores and call to the call centre have been to no avail. Have about 8 reference numbers and the last one is still unresolved from 6 Aug. Trying to get hold of someone in charge at Telkom is impossible as they are never there. Query just gets escalated into thin air and nothing is done. This has now been going on for 12 Months. Telkom was quick enough to cancel the service but and to charge us but when a refund is done they are missing. I would actually appreciate it if someone from Telkom could actually contact us.
 
Recently had to beg for an invoice so I can pay Telkom.
Six days later, received my invoice in email.

You could try the following:
a. Accounts enquiries: send an e-mail to [email protected].

b. This text came from Telkom email signature:

Telkom is paralysed by incompetent and or unmotivated administration staff.
