Have multiple Rain SIMs. At end of September, looked like I was being (slightly) over-billed on my SIMs (comparing invoices to usage reported by phone). I know, I know - usage reported by phone isn't always accurate (so no need to go there ;-)
In October - on 3 SIMs, I see I'm initially billed for R4.96 (i.e. 100mb) even if usage is a few bytes. Queried with Rain, and was told "reservation" is 100mb on an open session. But billed usage continues to increase from the initial 100mb (as usage increases). So on one of my SIMs
usage was 1.1mb - billed R4.96 (100mb)
usage was 3.6mb - billed R5.05 (101mb)
usage was 5.6mb - billed R5.15 (103mb)
usage was 7.3mb - billed R5.23 (105mb)
Anyone else checking account balances and comparing to actual usage? Is it just me - or anyone else noticing discrepancies?
