Billing statement enquiry to Sentech

I called sentech yesterday morning to get a billing statement as it is required for my lawyer,
then HE could not gave me immediate answer and logged a call instead.
Obviously I did not hear anything from them and called them once more to find out.
SHE said that it is now handed over to their finance department and they could not longer help on this any more and wait until tomorrow for the answer.
WTF... What's wrong with their system? Why should it take 3 days to print out a statement??
Unbeilievable! So I asked HER to please transfer me to the finance department and SHE said that it is not allowed to do that. :mad:

PLEASE WAIT AND BE PATIENCE IF YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH SENTECH!
 
Seems like there billing department is fked up. They've no prooof of payment who knows what. I've the same problem with my ISP they are tellimng me i must owe them money . I ask them how much and they say I don't know the grand total. We ae-mail it to you
 
after 3 days, nothing happened.
i called 0860SENTEC and gave him my call number, and he's saying once it is printed, he will send it to my e-mail address.

Oh God...
 
today was my 5th day and nothing happened.
BTW, I called them everyday, but no miracle.
