How can I get the attention of the billing team? They are claiming that I have not paid for Feb but I did and I event sent POP to [email protected] and now I am being charged R10 everyday.
 
very frustrating, they are trying to charge me double for feb, about to go cancel that debit order
 
Hi how can I get in touch with the billing team from rain?? They cliam I didn't pay yet i made a payment of R625 of the 1st of May 2025 I even sent them an email at [email protected] but they haven't responded i even contacted my banker and they said my payment went through I must contact rain.
 
I’m so frustrated with Rain. I’ve been calling them asking for help with my WiFi since Monday. I sent my bank statement to [email protected] as instructed showing I did pay but I haven’t gotten a response from the billing team. I’m not happy at all.
