Your billing is incorrect, I called your call centre in the morning and they said they’ll get back to me but they haven’t, I’ve also sent multiple emails but I haven’t received any response. Please rectify the error as soon as possible, I need to access the internet.
And can you make it possible for us to speak to the guys in the billing department directly like other network providers cause your call centre agents can’t seem to help us.
