BILLING!!!

This has been going on since about August 2009, I cancelled my unlimited package and went for a cheaper one and they are till today billing me for the unlimited package, many calls I have made but still nothing, emailed them directly too and NOTHING!

Then I start getting a bill charging me for the unlimited package and for data used over the cap of the unlimited package, do you people have a financial dept or just those call center operators doing everything?

And for the past 2-3 months I have not recieved an email statment as requested on my usage so I can calculate myself what has to be paid.

HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO PAY WITHOUT AN INVOICE?

Or should Rieyaad Omar and me go through the whole cutting off and reconectting process again before I get a responce of any form from Neotel.
