Billion 400g faults

Hi all, i have a billion 400g router that i am using while my other router is being repaired. It was working fine all week and now sunddenly it rebooted itself and now all 4 lan ports are flashing constantly and simultanously and thats all it does, can anyone shed some light on the issue and how to resolve it?
