Billion 400G Firmware

I just downloaded the Billion 400G firmware from here http://www.sizwebroadband.co.za/content/billion-400g-firewall-adsl2-router but am not sure what to do now.

I extracted the file 'Billion400Gv553.s3.d3.rc5.069.afw' from the zip archive but can't seem to do anything with it :wtf:

What am i not doing?

Upgrade basic steps.

You need to load the firmware via the router's built in web pages. The process is something like this.
1. Log into router (open web browser and got to web address 10.0.0.2 - default)
2. Once logged in select option from menu on left to upgrade (Click Advanced > Configuration > System > Firmware Upgrade)
3. Point the loaded page to the place you saved the unziped firmware (Click browse)
4. Click upgrade and wait.

Done.

Damn. Thought as much. Currently having problems with communicating with the router, so 10.0.0.2 times-out. Was hoping that the firmware upgrade would solve it.

Will contact customer service tomorrow.

I'm having problems saving the isp login name and password... doing the firmware upgrade now. Hope this helps.
