Billion 400G Issue

Using a 384 line and bandwidth from Axxess.

I'm having trouble accessing the router's web GUI via the default IP of 10.0.0.2

It produces an error message stating "The connection has timed out"

Niether Axxess or Telkom can seem to help me. The ethernet cable from the router to the pc is connected. The Local Area Connection in Network Connections is enabled but continues to state "Identifying..."

Disabling and enabling it again doesn't seem to do anything. I still seem to be able to connect to the internet. What am i doing wrong? Is there a problem with the network card?

I have experienced this before on other routers.
What Anti-Virus or Firewall apps are you using?

try checking if you have a proxy server enabled, disable that, switch off pop up blocker. also try restarting your router and pc. sometimes the pc loses the ability to open the GUI.
