Billion 400G - Port Forwarding Issues

HI

I have done port forwarding on various ports (28960,60616 and so on) in my router
My windows firewall has been disabled as well

The problem im sitting with is when i do port test, it tells me "Port 28960 is closed" My router NAT is also open

Any advise on what i can do in regards to this please as it is becoming very frustrating

I'm having the same problem with my gigaset 762sx and port forwarding.
