Billion 400G Static IP?

Having some problems with port forwards as it seems like IP adresses are set to dynamic and not static. I've been through all the settings but could not find a way to change this.

How I can make internal IP addresses static?

I am assuming you want your pc(s) to have a static IP - you need to do this in your operating system.

I set the IP address to the one I found in cmd with the 'ipconfig' command and it seems to be working fine.

How can I set a static IP address to my Playstation 3 as well?
