Billion 5102S Messed Up

Hi There

I messed up my Billion 5102S Router by doing a firmware upgrade
Its the single port router

Pwr Sys Lan and ADSL Lights stay on

I cant even ping the router when I statically assign 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.254 as the Gateway

When I put DHCP on I get a 169 IP

I am also unable to telnet into the router

Is there any Recovery Software I can use without needing the interface
