Cofigurint Wireless Security.. ok so i can get the router to work in WEP mode

But WPA will not work for me ???

and clues ???? the laptop just get stuck at the aquiring ip address stage ?

anyone know of a guide/howto ?

My WPA-SK is working fine, but I didn't have to do anything strange. Have to connected to other WLAN's with the notebook before?

try disabling windows zero configuration and use your adapter's own software. I found that most of the time the adapters own software does a better job at things like security.
