I need to set up the router to allow a dial up connection on my desktop, relay I assume?
How would one do this on this router?

I still want to keep the main connection in the actual router and then dial up as I need to.

I didn't see a specific option to enable PPPoE Relaying/passthrough / half-bridge mode.

See if you can add a 'RFC 1483 Bridged' WAN connection, whilst keeping the 'PPPoE Routed' connetion. Just ensure that you set the VPI/VCI to 8/35 respectively.
