Can someone please indicate if Biltong and droewors is allowed on local flights in your baggage or as hand luggage.

Local should not be a problem if you have the Twaki or whatever ones where the contents is noted on the package. Doubt they'll search you on a local flight anyway. Maybe best to ask the airline?

It's fine on any flight. Just the destination that's important. Locally you won't have a problem.

Wasn't allowed any biltong on my flight to Paris. It was a looooooooooooooooooooong flight

Nobody gives a rats ass what you take along as luggage domestically. Even if its drugs.

Internationally however...
