Binance support email?

Hi guys.

Hoping I can get some proper help here. I made deposit from Binance into an incorrect address and need help trying to recover the funds.

The transaction failed and execution reverted but they funds aren't back into my binance account.

Anyone know how I can get in touch with binance? Their online support is just a bot which isn't any help.

Afaik you have no choice but to go via the bot and escalate until a human responds.

It reverted back into my account after a few hours on its own.
