Hello

Any1 tranferred or withdrew coins from binance to luno and if so.. Which network option does one use..?So for example, to withdraw eth from binance to luno ,binance requires an address. Luno generates an address but binance then requires a network to use. Options for eth are Bep2 bepsc or erc 20

Rather convert your ETH into XRP then send it across the normal xrp network to luno. If u plan to cash out that is. Ull save a good chunk on fees. I've heard alot of stories of people trying to save on the gas fees then using bep20 and if the receiving wallet doesn't support it its gone

I mean ... it's kind of in the name: Binance Smart Chain ... why would anyone expect any exchange that is not Binance to support a protocol developed by their direct competitor?

+1 on XRP for being fast and cheap with transfers, though Binance said it will delist XRP on 13 Jan so that option is about to die

you can pull the same trick with LTC, tried a few sends yesterday for comparison purposes using the Luno supported tokens:
- ETH & BTC sends = slow and expensive
- XRP sends = fast and cheap
- LTC sends = slow and cheap
- BCH sends ... who knows, haven't tried

Apparently TRX and DGB are also dirt cheap and quick. Just not supported by everywhere

is it worth signing up for and re-installing ShapeShift (no longer integrated with Jaxx) or are there preferable alternatives?

Does anyone here have experience (either good or bad) with the “New Fiat Deposit & Withdrawal Option for South Africa” via Silvergate Bank Inc, San Diego announced by Binance on 8 December ?

“Any user can utilise the new channel, provided they have completed KYC.

Deposits will need to be made in Dollars (USD) via a Swift bank transfer to our Silvergate bank account in the U.S, and you will be credited with BUSD at a 1:1 ratio. The fixed deposit fee is 10 USD. As an example - if you send us $1,000.00, your account will be credited with 990 BUSD.

You can easily perform international bank transfers using most banking apps and online banking options - however, if you have never sent money abroad, you can contact the forex department at your local bank for assistance.

FNB, ABSA, Standard Bank, Nedbank, Capitec

Deposits made early in the day and during normal banking hours are usually reflected on the same day.”

sure, if you truly want to experience maybe the only thing still in existence with higher transaction fees than an on-chain BTC transfer ... yes then you can easily perform a SWIFT and pay out your rear ...
