hi I have a binatone asdl2000 and bt have update our phone exchange so i now have to update my firmware in order to go online with my binatone again (i'm currently using a speedtouch modem i got free with freeserve bb)I have heard that if you don't install the udatte properly it corrupts your modem and you have to send it back to the factory. I have downloaded the update and unzipped it but now i'm stuck because there are loads of different file and not one has got install written on it. I'm currently on firmware version 21.19.6 and updating to 21.19.9. This may sound stupid to you but i don't wanna kill my router so if anyone could help or post up a stepo by step guide i would be very gratful. thanks
