With the holidays around the corner i decided to create a priest. i want to get the char all the BoA items. how many are there and where can i buy them? i only know of the staff and one cloth piece in wintergrasp.

Shoulders, chest, weapons and trinkets,WG vendor and heirloom vendor near emblem vendors :)

There are 5 Items you can get.

BoA Staff Here 65 Badges
BoA Shoulders Here 40 Badges
BoA Chest Here 40 Badges
2xBoA Caster Trinket Here 50 Badges each

So in total 245 badges to deck your priest out in full BoA gear.

EDIT

All can be aquired from this chap: http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=32509

Once you hit 80 with that char, you can obviously send them over to another right? But what about the chain mail items? apparenlty they change to plate once your character can use plate? do they change back again when transfered to a chainmail wearing class? :|

They indeed do. If you send this item to a char that wears leather->mail it can only be used as of level 40 and will be mail on that char from 40 to 80.

The Chainmail and Leather items scale accordingly.

So if you send the plate to a level 1 warrior/paladin it'll turn back into mail. Remember those items work based on the level of your char. At level 39 they are mail, at level 40 they are plate.

And the items can only scale back 1 armor type between lvl40 and 39-0

I have the full cloth caster BoA set.

Now I need to get them for a plate user like a Warrior or Paladin :) Awesome addition to WoW.

Been levelling an undead rogue on a new server - so no start-up gold or BoA items.

Definitely been slower but at the same time it is fun to start with nothing and build up from scratch.

Lv 77 atm :)

Damn i thought the gear was bought with stone keeper's shard >.< this is going to take longer than i thought.

Some of the BoA gear can be bought with shards. It's mostly the shoulders and weapons that can be bought, but you have to go to the vendor in WG.

in 3.3 you can get a ring whit the new fishin daily that gives +5% extra xp on quests and mobs killed

Make a droood, I got a shammy and a pally. Pallies are dirt easy to level. I got my pally those BoA shoulders to get extra XP.

Paladins are very easy to level and fun at the same time.
Droods, I found them very very boring to level, at least its easy to level as feral.

Currently leveling a warrior, its not as easy though I am leveling on a new realm without BoA items, I bet it would be a 100 times easier with those. However extremely fun class it is.

Priest leveling is boring, but at max level I really enjoyed this class in classic, not sure how it is nowadays.

Its sick how fast you level with these items. I started a pally with mace chest and shoulders and he is flying a long

I'm currently considering leveling a paladin, my main issue is which BoA items to get. Sitting with 500+ stone keeper shards but that gets the PVP leveling items and I don't really know if I want to use my few Emblems to get heirlooms as these would be worth much more getting items on my priest.

Suggestions?

I agree - druids are boring to level ... rogues with heals :)

Warriors used to be tough to level with a lot of down time. However, specc'ing prot around Outland time makes it a lot easier.
