Bing vision in Lumia 800

My friend has the local lumia 800 and when you click the searcg icon, it takes you to the Bing website. This is different to my HD7, which brings up a search option, or voice or vision. Why is this different?

If you set up your phone for za then you get the Bing website - if it is set to UK then you get the Vision and Audio searching. Highly annnoying. Wait till you come to the US and then see that Bing is pretty cool actually (when it works in a place that it has sufficient data about) .

I think the setting you are wanting is System locale for your phone , not the live account region.
