I am looking in to Human growth hormones and heard that natural supplements is better/safer than the synthetic injections.
I can only find one that looks reliable, Biogen HGH.
Has anybody used this? Is it any good?
Anyone know of another reliable brand that's better/cheaper?

Interesting.

Hmmm not keen on biogen because people say it is rubbish so who else makes this HGH stuff :D.

Anyone used it? Does it work? How much is it?

Beans, it is Not a good idea.... HGH is something you should only really look at as a seasoned profesional and as dj_jyno said, after consulting with a doc.

Killa, yes it most definitely does work.... but you need to obviously put in the effort to get the result. I'll check on brands/prices with my bro.

IIRC, you can get them in tablet form. The only method that I think doesn't work for HGH is oral spray....
I may just start taking the stuff... hehe, apparently it also reduces the effects of ageing :D All you're trying to do is boost an otherwise naturally produced substance in the body, that has slowed down as you move out of puberty. Again though, you will only get out what you put in.... gym-wise.

Personally I've never felt the need to train with supplements, although my brother keeps reminding me that in order to be most efficient, I should :D

Ya well i bought it, they had another hgh called sylitol or something but the ingredients are pretty much identical.

It helps many other things as well. So i might just take it for all that other crap even if it does not do much muscle wise :D. Then again it could be complete bollocks haha.

Not badly priced at 329.00 i guess. 1 month supply or 2 month depending on how you take them.

I bought SupplementSA GABA, thought I'd give the cheapest one a try(R149 from supplementworld). Will see how it goes...

Here i can share the side effect of Biogen HGH supplements.......

-- Acromegaly (as described in detail above)
-- Premature death (in case of acromegaly)
-- Heart enlargement (due to prolonged use of HGH. Can't be reversed)
-- Low blood sugar with risk of going into a diabetic coma
-- Excessive hair growth all over the body
-- Excessive water retention
-- Liver damage
-- Thyroid damage

Have you tried GABA? I used it for a while when I was into gym, I was eating a lot of protein and creatine at the time too but I noticed some gains.

You have the most intense REM sleep while taking it and always wake up feeling great. There is also this wierd all over body prickle you get just after taking it... I took it mostly for the awesome sleep, stopped because it made my farts stink like a hell.
