Yip, not the best, I wouldn't recommend it.

Yeah I would rather use Evox or some of the other SA brands. I refuse to support USN in any form.

I have used biogen before. Don't think it was bad.

I am finishing a 3kg tub of ISO Whey Chocolate. Great for oats in the morning. It's a fine powder so it mixes easily with no lumps.
Price : 5 out of 10 ( I think it was R540 +/-)
Taste: 8 out of 10 when added to oats
5 out of 10 with water (same as any other lean protein powder)
7 out of 10 with milk or a milk/water mix (It has a unique choc flavour, hard to describe, doesn't taste as artificial as other supps to me)
I can't comment of effectiveness, as I do not use it to bulk, simply to replace the other crud in my diet. I would expect any Biogen powder with higher carbs to taste as good if not better than ^this^

Mostly taste for protein shakes isn't the most important thing but for you bromster it is for sure, i chugg my shakes, don't really worry if they taste bland as long as they work.
I eat oats without sugar, so pretty much anything in that range is fine. Tasteless goodness, fuel. when fuel tastes really good it is more than likely not that good for you

I see the USN 2kg whey goes for R370. Think I will get that next since I am a cheapo
