BIOS Flashing?

it helps to discard the recent settings that your pc worked on , to load default again

No it's just in general. How does it help towards your mobo and pc?Does it make the pc faster or does it give you extra options in the BIOS menu?'Cause I've flashed a couple of pc's bios' in the past but i can't tell the difference....

Unless there is a serious update required, then as a rule do not flash the BIOS.

You should normally leave it alone unless there is some specific issue that you are having which is fixed by the new bios.

Only flash if a piece of hardware that you have doesn't work with your current hardware, ie: some older mobo's only support newer processors with a firmware update etc. Also check the change-log to see if there is anything worth updating.
Otherwise leave it alone, there is nothing worse than the power going off halfway through a bios flash and u need a new bios chip.
