Bioshock

I'm wanting to get the steam version of Bioshock, however can anyone tell me where the preload files can be downloaded from locally. I remember how we all downloaded the Half-life 2 preload files locally, and I want to do the same for Bioshock.

It's too expensive to download the files over my international SAIX account.

Can anyone give a link?
