Anyone know if these are available locally? Looking for a 12v PSU that supplies:

-12v
0
+12v

One that does but can't find locally:
The Mean Well RT-65B is a 64.6W enclosed triple-output switching power supply. It features a universal AC input range (88–264V AC) and provides three distinct DC outputs: +5V (5A), +12V (2.8A), and -12V (0.5A).

  • Output 1: 5V DC / 0.5–5A (adjustable ±10%) [0.1]
  • Output 2: 12V DC / 0.2–2.8A
  • Output 3: -12V DC / 0.0–0.5A

You get things like this here, but that -V doesn't mean negative voltage. The -V in this case just means 0v / ground rather than -12v.

I believe RS Online and Communica carry Meanwell and Current Automation is the official distributor in SA..

Also, inverting module not an option..?

hence my point, if even the good stuff is made in shenzen, just under 100 different "western names"
aliexpress is your friend, go straight to the source and get it from there.
I am going to try and make the point to you again.
All of them made in China:
Brand name versus CCK (Cheap Chinese KAK)
MEAN WELL:
Quality PCB, Japanese Rubycon capacitors, meets CE and IEC specifications, is certified with standards bodies. Decent aluminium casing and cover. Expensive. Company is well known
CHINESE KNOCKOFF:
Cheap PCB, Fongkong capacitors, standards marks are fake, underrated most often not capable of supplying the current on the label, noisy, will never pass EMC testing. Very thin aluminium casing, and very, almost tin-foil like cover. Cheap. Company nobody has ever heard of.
