BIS activation on MTN

i upgraded to a BB Storm2 over the weekend. I am unable to register on mtn.blackberry.com as it says "This BlackBerry(R) device is not registered with your wireless service provider". I phoned 808 & they said I should have been given an application form to fill when I upgraded? Argh! Must i now go back to the MTN store? :cry:
 
There's a form to complete together with a copy of your ID, that's what I had to do. These clowns at MTN should have at least informed you of the requirements...
 
BASTARD AGENTS.... i'm getting the same error. I upgraded over the fone through nashuamobile. :mad:
 
A friend had the same issue.. If the add-on is part of your contract get hold of an intelligent consult. That service should be automatically activated. A friend had the same issue, they refer us to MTN business. I told her they BS here, we phoned 808 and I told her the steps, to ask nicely if BIS is activated. The consultant said no but he will activate it
