BIS Blackberry service

I have this BIS service on the BB Bold, phone and service are excellent!

So now when I go out of SA, what happens, what is the data rate?

Hi. Depends on wether you are with MTN or Vodacom. I dont know about MTN, but with Vodacom it will also depend on what country you are visiting. For example if you visit the UK and you roam on Vodafone, we have a flat rate of about R17 per meg. In other countries where we do not have a agreement with Vodafone then the charges can varry dramatically and can be very expensive. Please visit www.vodacom.co.za for the charge guide for the specific country you are planning to visit.

Please also note that should you not want to incur expensive data charges on your BB, you can switch the data connection off in "settings - mobile network - data connection"

Planing to visit , USA, India, Germany, Sweden & England in next few weeks.

Check Vodacom's data roaming rates for the countries you're visiting. Thanks to the compression a mb goes a long way.
