I had no BIS for abt 3hours on VC in joburg. I phoned them n the lady seemed very surprised when I askd if their BIS is down. She askd me to go to host routing table and click register now, then do a batt pull. That did the trick for me.

My BIS (VC) is down, but I'm outside of CPT. I'll try the host routing table, hopefully it'll work.

I find that its very up and down, anybody else get that?

1 minute its on 3G and you're pulling 100kbps and the next there's nothing
