BIS Not working, Please help!!

My sister recharged her blackberry internet service on thursday, and it shows GPRS in caps but her BBM still doesn't work when she tries to Text me, what can I do to get it working again?

P.S. She is using a BB 8520

Try going Host Routing Table in the Advanced options and then "Register Now" from the menu.

What do mean by 'text' ? Do you mean sms or blackberry messenger message ?
If its an sms, its an airtime issue (probably), if you using BBM, you try sending her a message and see what happens.
Last option, remove battery for 2-3 mins and maybe you'll be sorted.

Sorry lol I meant by BBM texting
