BIS not working.

i got my first cell c contract this month with bis included.since the 23rd,BIS hasnt been working.cell c say its nashua mobile,and nashua mobile says its cell c. When i was at nashua mobile yesterday,a woman came in with the same problem and the excuse is that there is something wrong with the network.anyone know how to find out how to resolve this? (using a voda number to post this)

correct,cell c told me today that the problem is on their side and that they would fix it in 30 minutes.still doesnt work.tomorrow will be day 6 with no bis.should have taken the damn voda contract
 
No you shouldve taken the MTN contract or prepaid. Like ME :D

sigh, how dare cell c advertise whoooooosh on mybroadband. Day 6, nothing. Useless Cell C, at least the third person from Cell C I phoned admitted it was their fault. that means that since ive had the contract - 25% of it has been downtime.
 
The Nashua Mobile, Cell C and Blackberry combo just does not work. I have two lines with them for about six weeks now and have only had endless problems. As of today, 1 line can't receive calls and the other can't get BIS. Stay away until they get things right !!!
 
i know im not the only one having these problems, thanks for proving it. my 2 mtn contracts through nashua mobile didnt have any problems, but now with this damn blackberry, its painful and the contract has just started. wish i could opt out. going back to them this afternoon.
 
Well an update, I suggested to Nashua Mobile that I just leave the phone with them until it's sorted. But they followed up again for me and said that at 2pm today, I can expect to have BIS working. This sounds familiar - I was told this on Monday.
 
Woohoo, after 7 days, my BIS is finally up. Thank you Nashua Mobile for following up with Cell C, they finally got it right...eventually.
