so i am heading to Austria in a about a week, Will by Blackberry service work there, is there extra cost due to roaming. ?

And Blackberry Roaming with a MTN package ?

You'll pay standard data rates with either network. You will have to check if your network has roaming in the country you're going to, and if the roaming partner offer blackberry. And yes it will cost extra.
