BIS Upgrade question

I was on Procall package, managed to upgrade finally today - got the blackberry curve.

The shop said that the migration has a delay and will probably only go through tomorrow

My question is will I then have to request the BIS be activated, or will this be activated by default?

You have to fill in a form to get BIS and should be activated within 24hours. Mine was activated within 3hours.

You can also upgrade via SMS.

Ive given up waiting for mtn now, I want to load the BIS on my old package and pay the R60 I dont care anymore. Best way to do this ASAP? its been 5 days now :/

I am still waiting for mtnsp to migrate my package after an upgrade. I upgraded last Friday 21st August 2009 to the blackberry curve but was told there was a delay with the migration and it would be through by the next day.

I received excellent service from Navadia Thysse at MTN at the bridge in port elizabeth, but she went on leave from saturday and no one else at the store replies to my calls to give me updates.

I understand that there is a problem that MTN wants me to finish the 24 months of my current contract promo fee even though it has been 24 months since i SIGNED the last upgrade and started PAYING the promo fee. Yes you people want to rip me off for 28 Months and not 24 as agreed...

This is fine, Im used to being shafted, but I would just like my blackberry to work. Repeated requests to the staff at the mtn branch at the bridge in pe are ignored and im at the end now.

Will someone please just load the BIS service to my account!!!??!>!> I am off on a business trip tomorrow where I would really have liked to have my blackberry email service but aparently 6 Days is not enough for MTN to get their act together...
