BIS

As long as your use the BIS APN the browsing should be free, even if you use Opera Mini.

I don't own a BB myself, so I can't explain in more detail either.

By the way: you would've gotten much better results if you just posted this thread of yours with a decent title and in the correct section on the myBB forums!
 
Browsing is free, and the odd download. Opera Mini should also be free, but just double check the settings. Youtube and streaming is not and you will be charged STANDARD rates.
