Bit of advice please

Good morning MYBB

So i am moving from my house (sold) to a being built estate.

I have had the luxury of FTTH over the past year and now i am going to need connectivity in my new home.

According to all coverage maps that I can find, the area is FTTH ready, but obviously would need to wait until the body corporate are ready to install and all other red tape issues, which could take yonks.

I use roughly about 60gb a month via streaming, YouTube Kids (for my dude) and general Google Home Mini use and a few Sonoff devices to control basic things.

I have been looking at LTE solutions due to the portability and no need for wires and the likes.

I would appreciate all advice you folks have to offer.
 
If the body corporate hasn't already approved a decent fibre provider, pick a different house.

I hear what you saying loud and clear and agree with you.

I wouldnt even know if they have or not and the "very effecient" (NOT) Rental Agent hardly answers my calls/messages/emails

I cant just up and go, lol, ive signed the lease and paid etc.

I am looking for a solution to tide me over until FTTH is done

RAIN 5g coverage area?
 
I've had Telkom LTE for years and never had any issues with them. Just dreading the day I need to cancel my contract.

I see WEbafrica have Telkom month to month LTE deals. I wonder if thats the way to go

Definitely a better option than 24-month contract, also saves the hassle of cancelling with Telkom.
Price isn't bad either at R469 for 60GB.
