Hi there

Recently installed Bitco 2meg service- after long setup and sync finally achieved decent speeds and access. Unfortunately cannot access unotelly or netflix via their device (Linksys e900)/network. The unotelly quick start has a constant "setup failed" message. all works fine if I switch over to my old network. Have checked and changed dns on all devices (iMac, Apple TV )

Tried the unotelly dns on the link sys- no internet, had to reset then restore
Tried ethernet cable from link sys to netgear router- same "setup failed" message

Any suggestions welcome

Set the Unotelly DNS on your PC/device if you can't set it up on the router.

I've tried setting unodns on the devices (iMac, appletv), tried connecting linksys router from bitco to older netgear router, as well as putting unodns into main router.

No luck - constant "setup failed" message.

bitco probably intercepting and rerouting dns requests via their own servers, it happens a lot with WISPs (especially email)

Hi Guys,

Many of our customers are using online streaming services with great success.

All our links come with a fixed public IP address so using a service like unotelly would work perfectly

My suggestion would be to either read the thread listed above whereby other users explain how they have done it or alternatively you are welcome to e-mail [email protected] and one of our technical representatives will be able to assist you.

You are also welcome to send me a PM if you are not getting the problem resolved by the channels above

Mike

They don't monitor the ADSL forum sir... It's like me asking a Windows question in the Mac forum, not getting a reply and blaming Apple?
