Please can we get an update on the new FUP currently in testing? Any indication of when it will be rolled out to all clients? First hour of streaming is great, second hour however, not as good as the first

We are still in the trial phase at this point, but should have some results soon.
unfortunately I can't tell you exactly when the updated FUP will be implemented, but we are really working hard to make it as fair and usable as possiable, we truly value our customers opinions and will continue to refine the products and services.

Hi All,

i confirm we are live on the FUP Trial and we will be posting some feedback soon

We have selected users who will be part of the trail and they would have received a formal notification about the trial

Hi Guys,
I am looking to move in an area where there is no telkom coverage and i am thinking of going with Bitco. But i am concerned about FUP as we are mainly using it for steaming videos (XMBC) and kids watching cartoons online.

What are these new FUP trials about?
