Bitco Fiber a big mistake ?

Hi is there a Bitco rep on here, trying to sign up for 2 days now.


Zero response, Kinda thinking I made a big mistake,
 
case and point

Web Squad does in 3 hours what Bitco can't do in 2+ weeks

I moved into a house with an existing Vumatel fibre line and applied for internet at Bitco. Turns out (more than a week later) that the line was still assigned to the previous occupants' ISP (CISP), they helped me out by terminating the line with Vumatel (it did take 3 days to get the...

same with me and my neighbour trying to sign up with the wireless home product, feels like its never ending.
 
They sorted out installation after contacting their marketing manage. second day ”online“ and have 30% lower speed than expected. I expect some loss, but if you cannot breach 14Mb threshold on a 20Meg line i dont know....

And wanted to test out the line/service before upping the speed with a higher package. Now im contemplating using my CPA cancellation options
