Miners are slowly moving to mine Bitcoin Cash as it's more profitable to mine. It's currently 44% more profitable to mine BCH...........

Compare Mempools here BCH mempool much lower that BTC with BCH at higher tx volumes.

Luckily I decided to wait until Jaxx allocates my BCH, or else I would have sold it a long time ago.

You can extract your BCH by installing Exodus wallet and restoring your wallet with your private keys.

I'm referring to jaxx , not exodus
How big of a mistake would it be for noobs like me (who aren't up to speed with the BTC industry or impact of SEGWIT just being activated) to get a wallet (soft or hardware), buy e.g. 1BTC (R56k now?) and just let it sit and forget about it.
Of course there's always the possibility of it all collapsing, but it's only worth nothing if you sell I guess.

Both are hardware with trezor being the better one. Also pricier.
