Bitcoin falls below $9,000

"HODL, HODL" they chant with the whales slowly pulling out while their holdings are actually still worth something. That, along with the "buy now because it's cheap" propaganda. You can't sell your overpriced bit of nothing if there aren't suckers waiting to buy.
 
I think the thing that kills cryptocurrencies is that everyone can creates their own one currency. The less known ones have a higher possible profit as you can get in early. Problem is soon you get hundreds of new currencies being created daily.

This. Gives them time to fix the scaling issues and then it'll reach a new ATH.

Confidence in it falling fast, and it's clear to see why.
Just the sheer amount of cringe worthy crypto ads on youtube I keep getting everyday is enough to see how lame it's become. Not to mention that it's useless currently before they sort out the fundamental issues.
I should have sold when it was at its peak, let this be a lesson.... oh well, I'll keep holding it for the long term and hope for the best.

P.S. Even though I'm invested in it, I think it might be a good time for Bitcoin and Cryptos in general to completely fall through the floor so it can shake off all the fleas.

Yes, I have used BTC to make an online purchase.

Anyway…

I am glad that this is happening now. This will give room to invest into other crypto developments.

Look, ****coins are there to stay, it can by no means be eliminated and will always serve as a pump & dump mechanic in the trading system.

All I want to see is the privacy coins, those in active development, to rise. To give more attention to the decentralised exchanges and atomic swaps. I will be glad to see those invested in SuperNET and DEX rewarded.

Waiting on HushList and HushNG…
