I think this is one of the reasons people keep getting caught out on downtrends. Over a week of red but if the price just moves up a little in a short amount of time: "OMG it's the bounce guys! Buy buy buy!"

But nope, we're still trending downwards and they get left holding the bag.

i think the low may be in already at 6000 in the short term...

i dont see a smooth ride all the way back up...

the short term downtrend was broken above and is now acting as support....
so a fall back into the channel just shows that this was a fake out....

you can see that traders are using simple trends on the 15 and 30 to trade - look at where the current price action is happening on the 15min chart. on the trend line. its a battle for sure.
