They are all different. You pick one or two that works for you. But they also keep changing as they become more predictable so more people take money and moves become tighter so whales change up the patterns. First the short term predictions then the medium term then the long term patterns. Earlier this year the one about Bitcoin never dropping below the 200 week MA also fell after almost 8 years or 2 cycles.
 
This will be a battle to hold at 50k over the next few days. This will be the best case scenario.

If we break below 50k, I expect 38k-42k. Who would've thought we'd get such a bargain price again in 2021?

I bought some coins a few months back. I want to store it somewhere other than on the exchange for a long time.

What is a good option?

Is it worth it? Will cost you about $27 per coin if they're ERC20 tokens.

Yup. Decided to go with Exodus Wallet since it supported both coins I needed. Read a few good reviews and it can be linked to a hardware wallet.
It was XRP and HBAR. It cost R4 and bit each tx. I first sent the min amount to test then the whole amount for both coins. So in all it costed less than R17 to transfer a almost 2k USD worth of coins. I bought XRP long ago when it was sub 0.5USD :) :)
